Search visibility, AI automation and web development
Projects: marketing, AI and software
Projects are the work British Global carries out itself: search visibility, AI automation, marketing strategy and web development. What separates it from the other four areas is that no partner takes the work over at any point.

Everywhere else on this site the role is to inform and refer, because the work belongs to regulated professions. This is the one area where the work is carried out here. The referral model itself is set out at how we are paid.
01
What does the projects line cover?
Four kinds of work: search visibility, AI-assisted automation, marketing strategy and web development. All four run end to end from the first analysis to delivery, and none is handed to a partner firm at any stage.
- Search visibility — technical and content work measured on published metrics.
- AI-assisted automation — scanning, classification and drafting inside a checked process.
- Marketing strategy — positioning, audience and channel decisions written down.
- Web development — build and performance work against the Core Web Vitals thresholds.
02
How does a project run?
Every project runs in four steps: a baseline measurement, a written plan, implementation and reporting. The first thirty-minute conversation is free and carries no commitment, and no work begins before scope, timing and price are written down.
The baseline matters because without it there is nothing to compare a result against. It is taken before any change is made, from the same sources the reporting later uses.
03
How is search visibility measured?
Search visibility is tracked on three Google Search Console measures: impressions, clicks and average position. On the page experience side the published Core Web Vitals thresholds are used, with LCP at 2.5 seconds as the threshold.
| Measure | Source | Threshold |
|---|---|---|
| Impressions, clicks, average position | Google Search Console | Compared against the baseline |
| Largest Contentful Paint | Core Web Vitals | 2.5 seconds |
| Interaction to Next Paint | Core Web Vitals | Published threshold |
| Cumulative Layout Shift | Core Web Vitals | Published threshold |

Seven short questions, one tap each. In return you get a costed sheet worked out from how many people are coming, what scale you are looking at and whether it is London — alongside the steps in months, the documents and the published rules.
04
Where is AI used in the process?
AI is used in three tasks: scanning official sources, classifying incoming content and drafting text. No model output is published directly; everything that reaches a page is checked against its source by a person before it goes live.
05
Who carries out this work?
Hüseyin Demir carries out the work himself. His academic background is three qualifications: a distinction master's in digital marketing from the University of the West of England Bristol in 2023, and two further professional qualifications.
British Global is a UK sole trader rather than a company, and the work is not subcontracted. That is also why the projects line sits apart from the other four areas of the site, where the role is to inform and refer.
06
How does a project start?
Starting is one step: you write what you want to do on WhatsApp or by email, and in a free thirty-minute conversation we set the scope and the priority together. That conversation carries no commitment.
- You describe what you want to do, in a sentence or two.
- A free thirty-minute conversation sets the scope and the priority.
- Scope, timing and price are written down before anything begins.
- The baseline measurement is taken, and work starts from it.
